Part of my exercise routine these days is getting as many sit ups as I can in a day. I only started when I came back to New Zealand and I think the first day I did like 25 just before I went to bed. For the next 3 days I couldn’t believe how sore I was. Now I’m doing about 125 a day (not at once).
And my goal is to look like these guys. I love the blond guy in the last foto. Very tastey and a nice six pack.
