I love having friends over but now I’m looking forward to having the house back to myself. 2 more sleeps and then I can get back to normal – whoohoooo!!!
I’m starting to miss my routine, swimming, walking around the house in speedos and I haven’t even had a sniff of a root. Looking forward to getting back to some exercise as well.

Part of my exercise routine these days is getting as many sit ups as I can in a day. I only started when I came back to New Zealand and I think the first day I did like 25 just before I went to bed. For the next 3 days I couldn’t believe how sore I was. Now I’m doing about 125 a day (not at once).
And my goal is to look like these guys. I love the blond guy in the last foto. Very tastey and a nice six pack.
We had a long weekend here and I didn’t get up to much at all. Watched a bit of sport, had a couple of surfs with the boys and did a bit of work.
Now today is Tuesday, my room is a mess, dirty clothes basket is overflowing and I have a list an A4 rules sheet of paper long of the things I want to get done (work wise) this month.
It started well, I was up early (early for me), I’ve done three loads of washing, ticket off 3 things on my ‘to do list’ and I’m half way through cleaning the kitchen.
I’m in the middle of some new movie uploads but once they are done I’m off to the pool for some laps and then I might try and go for a run on the beach – it is a high tide this afternoon but I’ll see how I go.
One of things I did this morning was setup some new ‘Speedo Photos of the Day’ on my site SwimmerBoyz.com – this guy is amazing and just looking at him in his black speedo is inspiring me to get off my butt and do some exercise.
