Can you guys believe that this is my 2,000th blog post!!!
Even if each post was only half a page of text that would be one thick arse book.
My first post was on May 9th, 2005 (although I write it on April 5th). The blog was started after a really hot threesome with some room mates (a guy/girl couple) at an end of season party and I felt like I just had to share that experience with someone.
That someone has turned into a few more someones over the last 8 years and 10 months.
Although statistics have fluctuated over the years, right now the readerships is over 5,000 unique visitors per day.
I’d have to sit down and figure out how many readers I’ve met in person but it would be around 10 I’d think (not bad considering I’m technically in the closet).
During this time I was sued by the Evil Speedo Corporation which made news in Australia and the UK, it also resulted in my biggest traffic days (over 20,000 unique visitors in one day during those shenanigans).
The positive feedback I’ve received from you guys has been what has kept this blog going and me motivated to keep writing. There have been 6,608 comments and I can honestly say that I’ve read every single one..
Thank you guys and as long as you keep coming back, I’m sure I’ve got another 2,000 posts in me.
It is my birthday today and all I want for my birthday (and Xmas) is some speedo friends.
My Grindr account had another success last night which is fun. What did we ever do before the internet? I can’t remember the last time I ever had a hookup from someone I met in public.
Maybe I can find some guys to hang out with in our speedos. Even some straight guys would be fun, go up to Birdie Beach or somewhere quiet and just chill out. I know some friends who do that with hanging out in the nude.
A friend of mine here’s parents are having me over for my birthday dinner and these oldies love a drink and it is always a good time. And today I think I’m going to go to the pool and sign up.
I’m sitting in the back of the airport shuttle on my way to DIA (Denver International Airport). I can’t believe the shuttle has wireless this is awesome!!!
I’ll write a bit of a debrief of my time in America on the long flight home but for the next nearly 40 hours I’ll be sitting on my arse.
Shuttle to DIA, DIA to LAX, LAX to SYD then train from SYD to Central, swap trains at Central and then Central to Gosford then taxi or a mate picking me up at Gosford train station then to my house (key has been left out for me). I think I should get to the house around midday but you never know what might happen or what could get delayed.
First thing I’m going to do is get in the ocean!!!
Then I’m going to walk down the beach to town and grab a meat pie!!!
