Yesterday I hosted a BBQ and it went off great. I’m trying to date this preschool teacher that I met a couple of weeks ago. I’m writing about it more on the bisexual blog (www.BisexualDave.com) and I invited her and the rest of the gang around for a Sunday barbie.
No, we did not have shrimp on the barbie.
It turned into a bit of a session and it was stinking hot so there was lots of flesh and I’m pretty sure everyone got in the water at some point. I’m pretty sure most of the guys were wearing speedos under their boardies but there was no speedo’ing it up unfortunately. Alex and his girlfriend were there and Alex was walking around shirtless most of the day and I could tell that he was wearing a pair of black classic AussieBum’s – which I’ve peeled off him on numerous occasions.
All the girls were in bikinis and the preschool teacher looked pretty hot in her black bikini.
Anyways, I’m going to go for a quick swim to wake up. The beach yesterday was packed and right now I can count on my fingers the people I can see on the beach.
You guys can’t imagine how busy Kip and I have been. It has been fantastic having him here as I think we get a lot more done and a lot more ideas when we are sitting opposite each other at the table.
Next week will have a whole new bunch of stuff happening, new sites names due to the Evil Speedo Corporation AND I am in the middle of a huge movie update – added about 2hr of new movies today to my site SwimmerBoyz.com which makes about 10hrs of new movies for the week.
That stuff is all boring and you guys probably don’t care. Last week I mentioned that I ran into Alex’s girlfriend (yes, the same Alex that has had threesomes and foursomes with Kip and myself). While we were chatting on the street an old friend of hers said hello, I’m going to refer to her as the Beautiful Brunette. Alex’s girlfriend thought it was funny I reacted and turns out this afternoon Alex and his girlfriend are having a BBQ at their place and Kip and I have been invited….. and the Beautiful Brunette has been invited as well. Kip is in the middle of some work and doesn’t care too much about going but I’ll give him a couple more ‘Bundy Rums’ and that will convince him. We need to get out of the office.

You guys are probably bored with me just blabbing so I won’t leave you hanging without any pics for the day.

Kip has been here for just a week now and holy cow has he been immersed in Aussie culture!!!
It is super late here and I’m writing this post as Kip is passed out after another huge day.
We were up early this morning for a surf with the boys, Kip is not a surfer and I think his poor arms were about to fall off by the time we were finished – he loved it though and he is getting to know all my mates here.
Then we had lunch at the local RSL club (returned services league – hard one to explain to non-Aussie’s). Then we played 9 holes – Kip is a much better golfer than I will ever be. From the golf club everyone came back to my place to keep drinking and we watched the Bledisloe Cup – a rugby game between Australia (Wallabies) and New Zealand (All Blacks) which turned out to be a draw.
After the rugby everyone was feeling warm and fuzzy (might have been the Bundy Rum – a local dark rum called Bundaburg – that we had been drinking since golf). So we all walked the 200 yards down the street to the local pub.
Everyone thinks Kips accent is thick although he is a Colorado native and I don’t think he has much of an accent at all. But he had fun and got talking to random people which he thought was hillarious considering when I’m in Colorado I’m the point of difference with my accent.
On leaving the pub we grabbed some kebabs, an ancient Aussie tradition and walked back along the beach to my place.
I think Sunday is going to be a lazy day.
It is so much fun looking after Kip, he has been a wonderful host to me when I’ve been in Colorado and it is wonderful to return the favour.
