Sorry for not posting over the weekend guys, I have been sick as a dog since Friday night.
I’m guessing it was something I ate because from midnight on Friday I was throwing up every hour until sunrise. I think if I had anything left in my guts that might have continued. Then all day Saturday I couldn’t go more than 10m from a toilet. Yesterday I felt better and managed to do a little bit of work but I still wasn’t game enuf to leave the house.
Not really the brightest blog post topic but I did have a genuine excuse for not posting.
Even now I don’t feel 100% this morning, I did manage to hold down some food (toast and honey) for the first time since Friday night. Fingers crossed I’ll be back to 100% tomorrow.
I have some new speedos due any day now so hoping to post about them soon.
And unlike these two hot buns, I won’t be swimming today
