No I’m not talking about sex while driving – hahahaha.
Recently I’ve been trying to make the most of the end of fall, I’m running at least 4 days a week, still swimming, I’m drinking less booze and I’ve never done as much work as I have this month. All positive things but I have noticed a definite drop in my sex drive.
This week for example – I fucked Natalie on Sunday morning and since then I haven’t had a wank.
I’m a three times a day kind of guy.
Once I finish this post I”m off for a swim and I’ll either get myself off in the showers there (hoping to get caught) or I’ll come home, tear off my speedos and cum all over myself.
But, this is definitely weird me going three days. Maybe it is biorhythms, maybe it is the weather being a little colder I don’t know. If it becomes a problem I’m sure less work and more scotch will be a quick fix – hahaha.
If only I had someone to cum on this afternoon…….

Hey Dave, I was wondering,…when you go for a swim (laps), how much do you swim? I am not in any team, but like swimming as exercise, try to swim about 2500 mts, at least 3 times a week. And always wander how much other people that swim for excercise do… not sure what a decent distance would be to be considered a good exercise… I am sure your sleepy sex drive is just building strenght for next week!!

I’m not sure what a good distance for swimming is but I’m lap swimming 4 days a week and swimming between 1,000m and 2,000m at a time – I’d like to build it up so I could do say one 3,800m swim a week (being Ironman distance) but I think I’m a wee way off.
I am surfing a bit too as well but otherwise I don’t do any upper body weight stuff.
I’d love to hear what others do as well.

Dave, sounds like you are at a great start to completing your Ironman distance swim. As a multiple Ironman finisher, I say..”keep it up and you will be doing one before too long.” A few years ago, I thought it was a unattainable goal, but have competed multiply Ironmans now. You have to do MAJOR running and biking too. I find the riding the hardest on the Ironman competetition as your butt gets sore and you just want to get off your bike at mile 100 (you still have 12 more miles to finish the bike course)…and then you have to run the marathon still. As a bi guy, I really like seeing all thoses hot, horny young guys like you competing too. Maybe I’ll see your sweet azz at one soon!
