St. Paddy’s Speedos (Green Speedos of course)
Even despite my running lately I’m still not tired enuf and each day I’ve been going to bed later and later for at least the last week.
Last night I just gave up and decided to work all the way through. When I was in Australia last month I loved being super tired when I went to bed and getting up nice and early. So it is now 6am and I feel fine.
I’ve got some running around to do this morning and then lunch in town with some mates of St. Paddy’s day and I reckon by about 7pm I will be sleeping like a baby – hahahaha.
Who here has green speedos? I’ve never owned a pair of green speedos and to be honest with the exception of St. Paddy’s day I would never have really thought about buying a pair of green speedos. If you own a pair leave a comment (you don’t have to put in your email address or anything) – I’d be interested to see how many of you guys own green speedos.
Will it ever snow again?
You guys can’t believe how bored I have been lately.
Spring Break is on and everywhere is busy – which is fun but I do prefer it when I have town all to myself. To top things off it has snowed about 2 inches in the last month or more and I’m just not excited about anything.
I have been running pretty much every day – normally for 2hrs but today for only an hour but at a faster pace. I’m a low way off the 4hrs+ that I’ll have to do in the marathon but I’m getting there.
For the rest of the day I’m going to clean up the house and do some washing, do some research on a new laptop for myself and cook up a tuckey meatball fettucini for dinner – that is pretty much what I am most excited about.
Tomorrow is St. Patty’s day and I’ve been invited out for a day long booze session but I’m really not in the mood.
Sorry for the ‘down and out’ post guys.
I’m going to go and put on a pair of white speedos – that will make me feel better.
Sore all over
This morning I woke up and I am sore everywhere!!! My arms, my legs, all the muscles on my sides and my butt is sore as well.
Yesterday I went snowmobiling with Kip’s sisters boyfriend up at Vail Pass. I’ve been up there a couple of times before but this is the first time I’ve been up there on my own and not having to share a sled. I can’t believe the amount of terrain that we covered in 4hrs.
When I got home I felt good and went for a run for an hour, then Kip fucked my brains out last night. I didn’t feel sore at all from the run or the snowmobiling but right now I can barely lift my arms above my shoulders. Who ever thought sitting on a snowmobile was exercise.
It was a beautiful day and here are some photos – I did strap my board to my back but only really had one run.
