Friday here and the weather is awesome, again!!!
I’ve been up since about 6am working my little butt off so I think I’m going to knock off just after lunch and head to the beach. I might swing by the liquor store and grab some beers. Maybe I could grab some of these guys to join me.

Is drinking a beer on the beach in Australia illegal? I’m sure I’ve seen the police doing patrols up and down the beach and they have seen me having a beer. If anyone knows, let me know in the comments.
Summer here on the Queensland coast is just gorgeous. My Colorado friends are always yammering on about how great their summers are (“Come for the winter, stay for the summer” is something they love saying). But I reckon that our winters, are better than their summers.
I think I need to plan a camping trip up the coast a little bit (you can drive 4WD’s up the beach which is pretty cool).

Quick recap, I’m late thirties gay Aussie guy, I was living in London and came back to Australia during COVID. Living in a little beach town between Sydney and Brisbane I don’t know many people in town so I joined the local AFL (Australian Football) team.
