This is a foto of what Kip cooked me up for breakfast.
New York Strip steak, 4 strips of Canadian bacon, American cheddar, jarlsberg cheese, an entire avocado, BBQ and tomato sauce and 2 eggs all on a seasame seed bun.
Kip cook that all up in my AussieBum Portsea’s but he didn’t want to make a mess of them so he took them off before sitting down to try and eat that feast.
Kinda makes a Ferg Burger look like a Vege Burger if you ask me – little joke for anyone who has been to Queenstown.
Looking forward to a big day on the hill today and earning the hottub tonight!!!!
Kip must think you need more protein in your diet.

It isn’t snowing here just yet but the forecast looks pretty good.
Today was good – not bottomless though. Maybe we should have gone over to Vail. Speaking of which – might head over there on Friday.
