I have posted a few pics of the Olympics over the last couple of weeks BUT this cutie from the US Diving Squad has to be the hottest guy I’ve seen over the period of the Olympics. Does anyone know his name?
Just last night I was talking to a friend of mine on Facebook (link on the right if you want to be my friend) and she lives in London. Before the games started there was so much doom and gloom surrounding the hosts – union trouble at customs/immigration, the tube system was supposed to collapse under the extra strain and the London weather was supposed to put a dampener on everything. I think it went pretty good overall and she agrees.
Well done London.

He’s 18 year old Tom Daley of Team GB – not the USA, check out the trunks!!! – bronze medalist at these Olympics, formerly world champion at the age of 16, and the youngest competitor at the Beijing Games when he was only 14. These trunks were just auctioned off on the official Games website.
He’s a household name in the UK, he’s had 850,000 twitter followers in China since Beijing, he’s the biggest and best known member of Team GB and is rarely seen out of his skimpy trunks. BBC just ran a documentary film of his life. He’s just got 4 A’s in his A Levels as well as getting the first GB Olympic diving medal in 50+ years, so a clever boy all round. Lots of rumours about his sexuality too.

Dave – Team GB!!! This guy is definitely not from the USA, they don’t make them that hot over there 😛

London did a great job. Good Show.
Tom the diver is cute. We enjoyed seeing his butt cheeks underwater…and I bet he enjoyed showing them to us for his country!

Tomm,
Thanks for the info mate – I’ve heard his name but I didn’t realise who it is. Diving isn’t on my weekly sports watching program.
Those speedos aren’t very British are they?
Silly me.

I’m so glad that on the only two nights that I caught men’s diving (both synchro and individual), he was featured heavily–he was one of the only ones I was really looking forward to for this entire Olympics, really, now that no one wears speedos in the swimming any longer.

I am surprised, that diving is “not on your program”.
Each time I watch a diving contest, the big question is: what will be more appealing to the eye: the jumps or the suits ?
