Another high profile celeb has topped themselves. Well that is the way it look for Heath Ledger. By the initial reports it looks like he overdosed but that is yet to be finalised.
I am so sick of these celebs. Give me his money and his body and you guys would meet the happiest guy on the planet.
Here are some pics of Heath here – he did play a couple of day roles. I’ll keep you guys in the loop on any other news I hear.

Actually, last reports were that it was accidental.
I will not be visiting your website anymore.

(As I brought this situation up in previous comments, I feel like I should say a bit more…)
Whatever the actual situation turns out to be, I think it is sad that this is what some humans are reduced to, whether by self-inflicted over-indulgence or depression or whatever. I take as little pleasure in anyone’s death as possible (with some exceptions, like Jerry Falwell for example), and while I am inclined to agree with you that the young, beautiful, and rich who end up doing themselves in get a bit too much public sympathy (when there are unknowns, who may be young and beautiful but aren’t rich or famous, who commit suicide or are killed in accidents and wars all the time, who may have actually been great people but are never remembered or even known on a wide scale, which is truly sad), it is still sad that he died.
I do think that the media circus which follows something like this is horrendous, and of course we’re not even a day into it at this point; the whole Anna Nicole Smith thing was far too much of a scandal than it deserved to be, I think, and while this will not be the same (because he didn’t have a child with an unknown father, and wasn’t rich beyond belief like she was), nonetheless, it will be something to brace ourselves over in the near future.
Anyway, just my two cents…save them if you like, leave them on the sidewalk if you prefer.

Yeah- it’s reported that it was accidental, and even if it wasn’t, that was pretty insensitive. I think you should remove that post.

Dr. Phil and Anonymous,
Thanks for your opinions guys.
I’ll keep updating this as news comes to hand.
I am going to keep this post up – I have had 2 friends of mine back in Aussie who had leukemia. The fight that both of these people put up in order to live was amazing. Unfortunately one of my friends lost that fight.
And that is the root of why I have very little time for my distane for these celeb ‘princesses’ who are depressed and having a tough time.
It sucks for his family though.

Perhaps your shallow response to Heath Ledger’s death could be put down to your own youth . . . it was appalling, you might just have kept your yap shut. He did play gay, he did participate in a very important film and what, really, do you know of his life and possible demons.
Your website is one of my regular hits, perhaps you ought to stick to photos or at least run your comments on events by a couple of friends first.

Anonymous,
I can understand you having a soft spot for Heath and I understand that this is a tragic thing to happen.
I am not going to post a sappy ‘tribute’ to anyone who has every opportunity in life and throws it away (either by suicide or drug overdose or any other means of self destruction).
Current affairs is not something I normally write about here and apart from this post I won’t mention Heath’s death again. However, I stand by my post.
Thank you for your comments though.

I think your comments were extremely judgmental and premature. That type of knee-jerk response is the core of so much wrong with journalism today, blogs and the ease my which anyone can insult or hurt others in cyberspace. Sure you might be right but wait for the toxicology report before making such a bold statement. Stick to speedos and hot blocks
