    Hey Dave haven’t heard anything yet just sent another email – have been paying for several months now, and activated a yearly subscription by mistake ( paying double) and still can’t access members section

    Hello Dave. I’m having the same issue as Josh. I can’t remember my password and cannot access the site, but my monthly membership is still being extracted. Emails to reset my password are going unanswered. Please reset my password or cancel my membership. Thanks.

    It lets me reset but then when I try the new password it says my account isn’t activated. That’s how I bought another subscription by mistake. So have now paid double for several months in a row and still unable to access. I’m a happy subscriber – happy to pay. Just being unable to access what I’ve paid for (double) makes me unhappy.
